Uitsig was established in 1945 but the original farm dates back to the 1800's when it was a much bigger farm consisting of Uitsig and 3 neighbouring properties.
Over the years the farm was subdivided and took on the shape and size as you see today.
Being only 55 hectares, the estate has limited space but “nature friendly” farming is the order of the day. Depending on the season, we can organize a unique “Grape Safari” for our guests' (further details on request).
The main cottage and seperate guest suite feature three double bedrooms. There is a pergola covered stoep overlooking the valley and the Riebeeck Mountain in the distance.
Having lived on the farm for the past 24 years, your hosts will guarantee personal service to make your stay memorable.
